Job Duties
- Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
- Greet every guest to welcome them to the restaurant
- Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards
- Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Restock work area before leaving shift
- Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- Report problems to supervisor promptly
- Complete other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to company procedures
- Ensure hours of operation are maintained during shift
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures and regulations
- Properly operate POS system for taking orders and processing payments
- Clean equipment timely and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of work or service area
- Prepare food products according to recipe and portion standards
- Close the line kitchen properly following checklist
- Report equipment and food quality problems to management promptly
