Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, including leadership or sous chef experience
  • Strong understanding of line cooking, service execution, and kitchen organization
  • Experience with live-fire, grill, or wood-fired cooking preferred
  • Ability to lead under pressure in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Availability for PM, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Temporary month to month-based parking pass

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise PM kitchen operations during dinner service
  • Ensure consistent execution of menu items to Aiona’s standards
  • Manage and support line cooks during service, providing direction and feedback
  • Coordinate timing, pacing, and communication between stations
  • Assist with menu execution, recipe adherence, and plating standards
  • Step into any station as needed to support service flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
