Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, including leadership or sous chef experience
- Strong understanding of line cooking, service execution, and kitchen organization
- Experience with live-fire, grill, or wood-fired cooking preferred
- Ability to lead under pressure in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Availability for PM, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Temporary month to month-based parking pass
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise PM kitchen operations during dinner service
- Ensure consistent execution of menu items to Aiona’s standards
- Manage and support line cooks during service, providing direction and feedback
- Coordinate timing, pacing, and communication between stations
- Assist with menu execution, recipe adherence, and plating standards
- Step into any station as needed to support service flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
