Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years of experience in upscale restaurant service
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverage regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work evening shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Two to three years of experience as a server in an upscale restaurant, ideally Italian
  • Experience as a host or busser
  • Strong understanding of beverage programs and wine menus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with guests in a fun and professional manner
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Strong work ethic with a make it happen attitude

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
