Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in upscale restaurant service
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverage regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work evening shifts
Job Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience as a server in an upscale restaurant, ideally Italian
- Experience as a host or busser
- Strong understanding of beverage programs and wine menus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with guests in a fun and professional manner
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic with a make it happen attitude
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
