Job Requirements
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 10+ pounds frequently
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training

Job Duties
- Be comfortable speaking on and selling New Mexican wines and spirits specific to the area
- Communicate daily with hotel/restaurant/kitchen leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with employees, coworkers, and guests
- Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Passionately deliver refined, seamless service
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring a smooth and friendly start to their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness of all bar and lounge areas, including ice bins, shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns
- Uphold company drink & food safety, food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff
