Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years of age
- valid Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift 10-40 pounds
- availability for evenings and weekend shifts
- good communication skills
- previous food preparation experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- proven ability to perform excellent, professional customer service
- available to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- previous food preparation and barista experience preferred
- at least 1 year high volume pizza production experience preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of specialty and prepared foods preferred
- basic math skills for measurement and scale functions
- excellent communication skills
- must be able to meet physical requirements of standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion and lifting 10-40lbs
- a current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- provide excellent, professional customer service
- performs pizza station preparation and production in accordance with PCC recipes
- counter and barista service
- dishwashing and cleaning in the deli and production areas
- packaging and retail merchandising
- ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
- becomes knowledgeable about deli products, specialty foods, baked goods and prepared foods
