Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in barista or customer service role preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- must be able to lift, pull and push moderate weight
- able to walk and stand throughout the duration of the shift
- availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- a genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others

Job Duties
- greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
- prepare a variety of coffee drinks and sandwiches
- operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- take grab-and-go food orders efficiently
- perform light cleaning and restocking duties to maintain a clean work environment
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
