This position is well-suited for individuals with a genuine passion for cooking and hospitality, who thrive in team settings and are eager to develop professionally within a supportive and inclusive culture. Candidates joining Texican Court will be part of a workplace that not only prioritizes guest satisfaction but also values employee health, safety, and continuous growth. Benefits offered include competitive retention program pay up to $900, medical, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and paid community service days, underscoring the hotel’s commitment to their team members' well-being.
