Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- food handlers certification
- previous kitchen experience preferred
- ability to work weekdays and weekends from 3 pm to 11 pm
- ability to follow directions and adhere to safety guidelines
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting, crouching, stooping, twisting, and standing for long periods
- strong personal cleanliness

Job Duties
- assist in the proper utilization of excess food product for lowest possible attainable food cost
- set up and maintain stock of food preparation line
- prepare food as required
- assist with banquet food preparations
- attend required meetings
- keep work areas clean and organized
- be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees
- report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately
- maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions
- follow plate presentations and preparations of all menu items
- follow directions and recipes
- follow safety guidelines
- maintain professional behavior
- work under pressure in a fast paced environment
