Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen
- ability to work the pm shift from 4 pm to 10 pm
- strong work ethic and reliability
- good physical stamina
- ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a line cook in a high volume kitchen
- strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- sanitation certification is a plus
