We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time permanent culinary team member to join our Food and Beverage department in the role of a skilled kitchen professional. This position is responsible for meticulously planning, preparing, and presenting menu items and daily specials across our various food production outlets. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of quality, organization, cleanliness, and sanitation within their workspace, adhering strictly to plating guidelines and internal procedures. Being a team player with the ability to perform well under pressure is essential to succeed in our fast-paced culinary environment. The role demands a current and valid Food Handler Certification and proficient communication skills in English, as clear communication is vital for seamless operations. Availability for AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts is required to meet the dynamic needs of our guests and maintain our reputation for exceptional dining experiences. Job Duties

  • Plan and prepare food items and specials according to menu and plating guide specifications
  • Set up food service stations and work areas ensuring readiness and compliance with standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service team members to provide consistent quality service
  • Monitor food quality and presentation throughout service periods
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Communicate clearly with team members and management to coordinate duties and shift requirements
