- previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
- leadership experience in a culinary setting

Job Duties
- lead kitchen teams and manage daily operations
- assist in the development and implementation of culinary standards
- train and mentor kitchen staff
- oversee inventory and ordering of supplies

- collaborate with management on menu planning and restaurant concept development
- support the growth and training efforts within the management program
