We are currently seeking a Lead Bartender who embodies the spirit of creativity, warmth, and excellence. This role is integral to our Food & Beverage operations and requires a passionate individual who brings strength, patience, stamina, imagination, and quick reflexes to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The perfect candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience in beverage operations and preferably a post-secondary diploma or degree. They will be responsible for training team members to uphold Standard Operating Procedures for bar operations. This role demands detail orientation, hard work, flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and excellent communication skills to liaise with management regarding bar inventory needs and forecasting demand for menu items. Additionally, the Lead Bartender will prepare detailed nightly reports on staff performance, guest incidents, and maintenance issues to ensure seamless bar operations and exemplary guest service.
