Job Qualifications
- Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate job-related needs

Job Duties
- Clean common areas including lobby dining area public restrooms hallways back office space and other spaces as needed
- Identify minor maintenance issues throughout the hotel notifying supervisor when appropriate
- Fulfill guest requests such as toiletries and linen deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel floors storage closets corridors including trash removal sweeping mopping vacuuming and storing items appropriately
- Respond to special requests guest complaints and deliver housekeeping supplies to ensure guest satisfaction
- Deliver lost and found items to supervisor and follow hotel procedures
- Assist with quarterly deep cleaning projects regularly
- Maintain outside trash receptacles around the hotel exterior
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or MOD
