Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to remain on feet for majority of shift
  • Must be able to access and navigate facility without assistance
  • Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs
  • Ability to remain discreet and respect guest privacy
  • Ability to perform consistent work to highest standards
  • Ability to interact pleasantly friendly with guests

Job Qualifications

  • Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate job-related needs
  • Ability to read write speak understand and communicate basic English preferred

Job Duties

  • Clean common areas including lobby dining area public restrooms hallways back office space and other spaces as needed
  • Identify minor maintenance issues throughout the hotel notifying supervisor when appropriate
  • Fulfill guest requests such as toiletries and linen deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel floors storage closets corridors including trash removal sweeping mopping vacuuming and storing items appropriately
  • Respond to special requests guest complaints and deliver housekeeping supplies to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Deliver lost and found items to supervisor and follow hotel procedures
  • Assist with quarterly deep cleaning projects regularly
  • Maintain outside trash receptacles around the hotel exterior
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or MOD
