This role is for a Guest Environment Expert, a critical non-management position that transcends typical housekeeping responsibilities. Rather than merely cleaning rooms, the Guest Environment Expert plays a vital role in creating a memorable and unique environment for guests through meticulous attention to all housekeeping aspects throughout the hotel. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. The position requires flexibility, mobility, and a proactive approach since the Guest Environment Expert is empowered to address various needs such as delivering guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, and ensuring that all hotel spaces consistently meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The role demands continuous physical activity, including standing, sitting, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds without assistance, reflecting the hands-on nature of the job.
