The PM Fine Dining Line Cook is an integral member of the club’s culinary team, specializing in a-la-carte food preparation for discerning members who expect nothing but the highest quality dining experience. This role requires a passionate cook dedicated to maintaining the club’s exceptional standards by preparing elegant, delicious meals that include premium steaks, seafood, meats, vegetables, sauces, and stocks. The line cook plays a critical role in ensuring the consistency, quality, and timeliness of every dish served in the fine dining setting, carefully following recipes and managing food presentation with precision.
Working in a fast-paced environment, the PM Fine Dining Line Cook thrives on teamwork and camaraderie, collaborating closely with other culinary staff to keep the kitchen running smoothly during peak hours. Responsibilities include not only food preparation but also ensuring correct food storage and handling procedures are followed to maintain food safety and sanitation standards. The schedule for this position is typically from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm with Monday and a variable second day off each week, accommodating a healthy work-life balance.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two or more years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Experience with a la carte food preparation and production
- Food safety certification (ServSafe) preferred
- Strong knife skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
