Job Requirements

  • must be 16 years of age or older
  • must have a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
  • able to adhere to safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
  • able to stand for entire shift with minimal breaks
  • able to work in fast-paced, noisy, and hot environments
  • able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
  • willing to work evening shifts

Job Qualifications

  • must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
  • ability to adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
  • capable of organizing dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaning
  • ability to safely handle and change out dish machine chemicals
  • ability to wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment
  • ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • ability to work in noisy, fast-paced, and hot environments
  • good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
  • ability to lift and carry 30 or more pounds
  • team-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Job Duties
