Job Requirements

must be 16 years of age or older
must have a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
able to adhere to safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
able to stand for entire shift with minimal breaks
able to work in fast-paced, noisy, and hot environments
able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
willing to work evening shifts

Job Qualifications

must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
ability to adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
capable of organizing dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaning
ability to safely handle and change out dish machine chemicals
ability to wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment
ability to stand for the duration of the shift
ability to work in noisy, fast-paced, and hot environments
good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
ability to lift and carry 30 or more pounds
team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
