Job Requirements
- Must be able to work evening shifts including weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, twisting, bending, and lifting 10-40lbs regularly
- must have a current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and be accountable to the deli team
- must be able to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans and various other food preparation equipment used in the deli
- cleaning the deli production areas and service areas
- taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down equipment
- counter and barista service when needed
- basic food preparation, packaging, and labeling items when needed
- ensures department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- provides excellent, professional customer service when needed
