This multifaceted position requires someone who can uphold high sanitation standards while supporting the kitchen staff in maintaining operational efficiency. The work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, typically from 12:15 PM to 8:45 PM, with some variations such as the last Thursday of each month from 11:30 AM to 8 PM and Fridays from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Benefits associated with this role are comprehensive and designed to support employees’ well-being and job satisfaction, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 12 paid holidays, a 401K plan with company match, paid vacation and sick days, and complimentary snacks and meals during shifts. The Dish Machine Operator position emphasizes safety and sanitation, adhering strictly to OSHA, Department of Public Health, and Risk Management guidelines, which highlights the company’s commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. Candidates should expect a physically demanding role requiring the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical activities like crouching, bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an entry-level position in a full-service kitchen environment, where growth opportunities exist and a supportive team culture is prioritized. FlagShip is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusivity and diversity, ensuring that hiring practices are merit-based and non-discriminatory, welcoming candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels.
