Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years experience in food and beverage industry
- 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience
- food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
- ability to communicate effectively with public and team members
- fluent in English
- knowledge of wine and fine food helpful

Job Duties

- train and mentor culinary staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
