The Food Service Supervisor role is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to advance your culinary career within a supportive and dynamic team environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will ensure full compliance with HACCP and sanitation standards by monitoring food temperatures, proper labeling, and storage while enforcing cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. You will also collaborate closely with Catering Managers and Event Coordinators to align production with event requirements, manage inventory and ordering, and control food costs by adhering to recipes and portion guidelines.

This role is ideal for culinary professionals with three to five years of experience in catering or banquet settings, possessing strong knowledge of high-volume food production and food safety standards. Supervisory experience is essential, along with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs. Prior sous chef experience or experience with large-scale events, along with ServSafe certification, is preferred but not mandatory.

Physically, the position demands standing for extended periods, lifting weights up to 50 pounds, and working in hot kitchen environments. Flexibility with evening schedules is crucial to success in this role.
