The Director works closely with the Plaza Director, or independently in their absence, managing the daily operations of a multi-million-dollar travel plaza. The job involves overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards and food safety regulations. They actively engage in recruiting, developing, and retaining talented team members, supporting leadership development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Handling customer inquiries professionally, collaborating with various departments such as Brand Partners, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities Management is integral to the role.
