The role being offered is that of an Outlet Server at the Plaza Bar, reporting directly to the Plaza Bar Manager. This position requires delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting. The Outlet Server plays a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience by assisting Food & Beverage Servers, providing guests with knowledgeable and helpful information on menu items, and ensuring stations are correctly set up. This position demands a keen understanding of beverage lists and promotions as well as a thorough knowledge of all menu items including garnishes, contents, and preparation methods. Attention to detail is paramount, as is adherence to the outlet's policies, procedures, and strict safety and sanitation standards. The Outlet Server must demonstrate excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a cohesive team. Physical demands include constant standing and walking, frequent lifting of items up to 20 pounds, and occasional climbing or kneeling, reflecting the active nature of the service role.
