Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry items in excess of 30 pounds
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in hospitality is preferred

Job Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Assist Food & Beverage bartenders and servers in all aspects of the dining experience
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
  • Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
  • Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Stock and maintain daily operating supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of all guest areas
  • Other duties as assigned
