Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Some retail or guest service experience preferred
Ability to read and speak English
Requires normal, corrective vision range
Ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, reach, push, pull and grasp
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in written and verbal form
Understand and comply with company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies and procedures
One to six months of related experience

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests
Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

Practice, support and promote the company service standards at all times
Communicate with guests in a professional manner
Answer guest questions reflecting understanding of the department and property
Work independently without direct supervision
Use player tracking systems proficiently
Evaluate and qualify guests for casino floor promotions
Handle wide-range of guest situations maintaining professionalism
