Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Some retail or guest service experience preferred
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Requires normal, corrective vision range
  • Ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, reach, push, pull and grasp
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in written and verbal form
  • Understand and comply with company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies and procedures
  • One to six months of related experience
  • Ability to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Practice, support and promote the company service standards at all times
  • Communicate with guests in a professional manner
  • Answer guest questions reflecting understanding of the department and property
  • Work independently without direct supervision
  • Use player tracking systems proficiently
  • Evaluate and qualify guests for casino floor promotions
  • Handle wide-range of guest situations maintaining professionalism
