Job Requirements

  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 2 years managing profit and loss in similar settings
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
  • Culinary skills for all kitchen operations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible work schedule availability
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Possession or ability to obtain California Food Handler Certification

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 2 years in a similar cuisine or volume setting
  • Strong knowledge of profit and loss management
  • Experience in cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, and sanitation
  • Hands-on culinary expertise including fine dining techniques
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • California Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • Support strategic and operational leadership of the sports bar and restaurant
  • Assist in daily front-of-house operations
  • Supervise and coach staff
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
  • Collaborate on menu execution and product consistency
  • Handle guest relations and resolve concerns
  • Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments
  • Plan and execute themed nights and sporting event broadcasts
  • Partner with Marketing to promote events and programming
