Job Requirements
- Effective communication skills in English
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 2 years managing profit and loss in similar settings
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Culinary skills for all kitchen operations
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible work schedule availability
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possession or ability to obtain California Food Handler Certification
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 2 years in a similar cuisine or volume setting
- Strong knowledge of profit and loss management
- Experience in cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, and sanitation
- Hands-on culinary expertise including fine dining techniques
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Must be at least 21 years old
- California Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain
Job Duties
- Support strategic and operational leadership of the sports bar and restaurant
- Assist in daily front-of-house operations
- Supervise and coach staff
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
- Collaborate on menu execution and product consistency
- Handle guest relations and resolve concerns
- Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments
- Plan and execute themed nights and sporting event broadcasts
- Partner with Marketing to promote events and programming
