This position is for a Shredding Specialist, based within Stericycle’s operational team. The role involves managing waste paper shredding processes along with various warehouse support duties. The Shredding Specialist’s responsibilities include receiving, segregating, and loading waste paper into shredding machinery, coordinating the parking of trucks, and ensuring that all operations adhere to safety and security standards. This is a full-time Monday to Friday position on a first shift schedule, beginning at 9:30 am with an 8-hour workday and an unpaid 30-minute lunch. The role offers a pay rate of $17.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for overtime paid at time and a half, subject to management approval.

As a Shredding Specialist, you will be a key team member who contributes to maintaining a secure and harmonious work environment. The company provides daily uniforms and working boots at no cost. Punctuality, good attendance, and a valid driver's license are strict requirements for this position. The responsibilities also include operating and maintaining baling and shredding machinery, performing forklift operations and maintenance, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the work area in alignment with NAID and company standards.
