Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn systems quickly
- Strong leadership, team building and coaching skills
- Experience managing customer focused teams in fitness or similar industry
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Enthusiastic and energetic management style
- Organization, problem solving and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff including Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests ensuring superior customer service
- Schedule staff and ensure all shifts are covered
- Lead by example and maintain accountability through training, coaching and adherence to company values
- Oversee front desk activities including greeting members, answering calls, managing check-ins, and resolving member issues
- Manage facility cleanliness and coordinate maintenance with Facilities Maintenance team
- Handle marketing efforts, authorize expenditures and refunds, make daily bank deposits, prepare HR forms, track reports, provide backup support for absent employees
- Perform other club-related duties as assigned
