Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of food & beverage experience
  • Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in fine dining and knowledge of steaks including cuts and temperatures is preferred
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • Ability to adapt between server and bartender roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
  • Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
  • Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
  • Move back and forth between server and bartender positions as required by operation
  • Maintain the proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance
  • Adapt service style in response to guest preferences to create a customized experience
  • Work effectively within a fast-paced, large team environment
