  • Fluency in English
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food and beverage operations
  • Experience in event development for club membership relations
  • Strong communication skills that enhance team performance
  • Demonstrated leadership in employee relations and development
  • Financial acumen and budget management capabilities
  • Knowledge of golf and club environments preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Duties

  • Oversee operations of Plancha including service standards and club member relations
  • Ensure future success through inspirational leadership fostering continual improvement and innovation
  • Drive manager and employee development initiatives
  • Expand private club membership and retention through positive relations
  • Manage financial performance and budgets for Plancha
  • Cultivate increased community relations in conjunction with private residences
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
