Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience in event development for club membership relations
- Strong communication skills that enhance team performance
- Demonstrated leadership in employee relations and development
- Financial acumen and budget management capabilities
- Knowledge of golf and club environments preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Job Duties
- Oversee operations of Plancha including service standards and club member relations
- Ensure future success through inspirational leadership fostering continual improvement and innovation
- Drive manager and employee development initiatives
- Expand private club membership and retention through positive relations
- Manage financial performance and budgets for Plancha
- Cultivate increased community relations in conjunction with private residences
- Implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
