Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- preferably full-time availability
- kitchen experience
- ability to work well with others

- ability to maintain high quality standards at all times
Job Qualifications
- Kitchen experience

- ability to work under high-stress situations
- efficiency with wood fired ovens is a plus
Job Duties
- Assembling pizzas and other menu items such as wings, salads, sandwiches, etc. on a line according to recipe
- prepping foods and sauces necessary for a successful shift
- stocking pizza line and other applicable stations
- collaborating and communicating with staff and management throughout entire shift
- checking the quality of food before serving to guests
- ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized, and equipped with proper tools
- setting up and breaking down pizza line and other kitchen equipment
- notifying a manager anytime kitchen equipment is malfunctioned or product falls below health safety standards
