Our Pizzaiolo position is with a highly respected establishment specializing in the authentic art of Napoletano Pizza. The role of a Pizzaiolo extends beyond simply assembling pizzas. You will be responsible for preparing all orders, including a variety of menu items such as wings, salads, and sandwiches. The position requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as you will be working closely with your fellow staff and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations. You will also be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and pizza line, ensuring all equipment is in excellent condition, and that health safety standards are upheld at all times. A critical component of this role is the ability to manage high-stress situations, consistently delivering food that meets the establishment's quality standards. While prior pizza-specific experience is not mandatory, a background in kitchen work and a passion for food are essential. Job Duties

  • Assembling pizzas and other menu items such as wings, salads, sandwiches, etc. on a line according to recipe
  • prepping foods and sauces necessary for a successful shift
  • stocking pizza line and other applicable stations
  • collaborating and communicating with staff and management throughout entire shift
  • checking the quality of food before serving to guests
  • ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized, and equipped with proper tools
  • setting up and breaking down pizza line and other kitchen equipment
  • notifying a manager anytime kitchen equipment is malfunctioned or product falls below health safety standards
