Job Requirements

  • Culinary training or relevant cooking experience
  • prior experience as a pizzaiolo or similar role preferred
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook pizzas using various techniques including traditional wood-fired methods
