We are currently searching for a full-time Pizza Manager to join our upcoming Cherry Hill location. This role is vital as it entails directing the daily operations of the pizza department to align with the company’s standards. The Pizza Manager will oversee product preparation, staff management, inventory control, and ensure the department operates within safety and health regulations. This position demands a proactive manager skilled in both leadership and hands-on pizza production, capable of producing high-quality pizzas and sides in a fast-paced setting. The Pizza Manager will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences, handling orders from multiple channels including in-person, phone, and online.

Job Requirements
- Hs diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience within a pizzeria or restaurant setting
- 3-5 years of experience making pizza in a fast paced pizzeria or restaurant setting
- A food handler's license is preferred
- The ability to follow standardized recipes
- Able to deliver friendly, courteous and prompt customer service
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment
- Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language
- Must know and understand all nys, local and federal laws regarding food handling and sanitary conditions, adhering to our strict policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for managing our pizza department within our gourmet food market, following the policies and guidelines of our company
- Manages the day-to-day operations by managing staff schedules, staff training, pizza department inventory and ensuring that the department is following all safety codes
- Will make pizza, dough, and sides according to our gourmet recipes
- Fulfill pizza orders provided by in person customer visits, phone call orders and online orders
- Will utilize a cash register for customer check out
- Other duties and functions as assigned
