Every day we open, we hope to do two things: to create amazing food for our neighbors and to bake a better world. This is at the core of what we do - but it doesn't tell the whole story. We believe food is personal, and your food should be made just the way you like it. That's why we encourage everyone to customize with a variety of house-made sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables and finishes. Our goal is to make sure you eat well & do some good in the process.
