We are currently hiring for the position of Pizza Maker, a role that is integral to maintaining our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for making dough from scratch, hand stretching pizzas, and using approved topping techniques following our specific Flippers methods. This position requires attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will also handle the preparation and management of fresh dough, which is made on-site and cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours to ensure optimal flavor and texture. Additionally, you will be responsible for weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients precisely, using various kitchen utensils and equipment such as mixers and food processors.

Beyond pizza preparation, the role involves receiving calls for delivery or takeout orders, ensuring accuracy and a friendly customer interaction. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area is paramount, as it contributes to our overall quality and safety standards.

We provide comprehensive training for all necessary skills, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with or without prior restaurant experience. Candidates must be at least 16 years old to hand stretch pizzas and 18 years old to operate mixers and food processors, complying with safety and operational guidelines.
