The role of Pizza Sous Chef at Charleston Hospitality Group is a ground-floor opportunity to help open and operate a new pizza location. This position is tailored for a seasoned culinary leader who is passionate about Italian-style cooking and eager to take on leadership responsibilities from the onset. As the Pizza Sous Chef, you will have a pivotal role in overseeing the opening, staffing, training, and daily operational management at both the Charleston and Savannah locations.
