The position is primarily focused on pizza making and general crew member duties to ensure that every product meets Domino's established specifications and standards. Responsibilities include preparing pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides with consistency and quality. Team members are also responsible for stock management, which includes rotating inventory using FIFO methods, maintaining organized storage areas, and ensuring the freshness and proper dating of all products. Customer service is an essential part of the job, requiring interaction with customers both in person at the front counter or pickup window and over the phone. Additionally, team members provide carside delivery, bringing food to customers' vehicles in all weather conditions, showing dedication to exceptional service.
The role also requires substantial cleaning and sanitation tasks such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning coolers inside and out, taking out trash, and washing dishes, all performed regularly to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Training and orientation are provided on the job to help new hires quickly adapt and understand their roles fully. Essential skills for the role include basic math for handling monetary transactions, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and motor skills for rapid and accurate food preparation. The job necessitates physical activities including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching.
Team members must be capable of working in environments with varying temperatures and conditions, often dealing with hot surfaces, mechanical parts, and food odors. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare all products to Domino's Pizza specifications including pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- rotate stock using FIFO method
- move soda from storage to coolers
- date all products
- take and receive phone calls
- take customers' orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows
- perform carside delivery
