Job Requirements

  • At least 2 plus years of experience working with wood-burning ovens Neapolitan-style pizza programs and high-volume service
  • Ability to work full-time 40-48 hours per week including day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • Willingness to relocate to West Palm Beach FL before starting work
  • Principals only no recruiters
  • Ability to maintain food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in pizza making
  • Experience working with wood-burning ovens
  • Knowledge of Neapolitan-style pizza programs
  • Ability to work in high-volume service environments
  • Good communication skills
  • Passion for pizza making
  • Italian language skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizza dishes according to restaurant standards
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored adhering to food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in menu planning and special dietary requests as needed
  • Provide excellent food service and handle customer inquiries regarding menu items
