Job Requirements
- At least 2 plus years of experience working with wood-burning ovens Neapolitan-style pizza programs and high-volume service
- Ability to work full-time 40-48 hours per week including day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Eligibility to work in the US
- Willingness to relocate to West Palm Beach FL before starting work
- Principals only no recruiters
- Ability to maintain food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in pizza making
- Experience working with wood-burning ovens
- Knowledge of Neapolitan-style pizza programs
- Ability to work in high-volume service environments
- Good communication skills
- Passion for pizza making
- Italian language skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizza dishes according to restaurant standards
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored adhering to food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Assist in menu planning and special dietary requests as needed
- Provide excellent food service and handle customer inquiries regarding menu items
