Working at various counter stations, including scramble and station systems, the crew member delivers prompt service within a strict 6-minute door-to-door timeframe. This entails direct guest interaction, proper order processing, and occasional assistance beyond typical pizza making, such as cashier duties or food preparation. The role demands a person who can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive customer experience.

In this capacity, employees are required to be punctual, appropriately attired in full uniform, and ready to engage at their designated workstation. Daily tasks include following portion control charts, wrapping pizzas neatly, restocking supplies, and maintaining orderly zones. The employee may also support the kitchen team by performing runner or dish duties as needed. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or a related field is advantageous
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
  • basic math skills to handle guest check procedures

  • good physical stamina to perform standing and repetitive tasks
  • willingness to follow food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Interacts with guests as appropriate
  • perform all opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned
  • be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
  • work all counter stations in either scramble or station system
  • assist guests if necessary to carry pizzas out to their car or hold the door open
  • give the order to the guest within the 6-minute door to door service time
  • may also perform duties of a cashier or prep person
  • follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
  • read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
  • make all products following portion charts and prescribed procedures within average time
  • wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guest
  • give verbal baking instructions to all guests and thank the guest
  • keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
  • perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
  • perform any other job-related duties as directed by immediate supervisor
