Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Pizzamaker
Proficient with preparing and baking pizza dough
Familiar with all professional kitchen equipment
Outstanding understanding of food safety practices and hygiene
Working experience in preparing ingredients for fast food quickly
Excellent team spirit with a customer-focused attitude
Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and late evenings
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Excellent listening skills, and interpersonal and communication skills
Quick decision-making skills
Good time management skills
A keen eye on details
Ready to work for extra hours and extra roles when required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and cook starters or appetizers like pizza sliced bites, mozzarella cheese sticks, bread etc
Prepare pizza dough and ingredients
Chop vegetables and monitor food stock
Maintain supplies and place orders for the next day
Handle multiple food orders simultaneously using professional kitchen equipment like stone ovens and dough sheeters
Work shifts including weekends and late evenings
Utilize less traditional ingredients such as vegan options and gluten-free flour
