Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in pizza making especially with wood-fired ovens
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced busy kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

- Proven experience as a pizza maker with a strong understanding of dough handling and wood-fired oven operation

Job Duties
- Craft authentic delicious pizzas with meticulous attention to detail consistently exceeding customer expectations
- Expertly handle dough from preparation and stretching to shaping and baking
- Master the operation of our wood-fired oven ensuring pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient workstation
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless service and exceptional dining experiences
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Contribute to menu development and special pizza creations
