Job Requirements
- No education required
- Prior experience preferred in pizza making or related kitchen roles
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Comfortable working in high heat and standing for long periods
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Available to work an 8-hour shift including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- No formal education required
- Prior experience in pizza making, line cooking, prep cooking, grill cooking, fry cooking, chef, or other back-of-house roles preferred
- Experience in fast-paced kitchens or with restaurant brands is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and motivation to learn and grow
Job Duties
- Follow pizza recipes and preparation procedures with precision and consistency
- Maintain food safety, proper storage, and sanitation practices
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Hand-craft pizzas from scratch and present them according to specifications
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout shifts
- Stay focused, multitask, and perform under pressure during peak hours
