Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen experience preferred
- ability to follow food safety protocols
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent attention to detail
- good communication skills

- Previous experience as a pizza maker or in a similar culinary role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Produce high quality and excellent pizza products
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of the kitchen
- clean and organize walk-in coolers, reach-in coolers, prep and cut areas
- clean and maintain pizza ovens
- upkeep cleanliness of cold room, outdoor areas, storage areas, and floors
- collaborate with the brew team for creative pizza and brewery projects
- perform any other kitchen duties as necessary
