Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in pizza making or related kitchen roles preferred
  • ability to work 8-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
  • capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • commitment to following food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • dependable and motivated work ethic
  • willingness to learn and grow within the team

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a pizza maker, line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, chef, or other back-of-house (BOH) roles
  • experience in fast-paced kitchens or with restaurant brands
  • knowledge of pizza preparation and coal-fired oven techniques
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure
  • positive attitude and reliability
