We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Pizza Maker/Crew Member to join our team. This role involves engaging with guests, ensuring that their orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly within a six-minute door-to-door service time. The successful candidate will perform various tasks including opening, closing, and shift changes, as well as assisting guests as needed. Wearing the full uniform, the crew member will operate at designated workstations, executing food preparation duties following strict sanitation, food handling, and safety procedures. This position also involves multitasking across counter stations and occasionally handling cashier or prep duties, maintaining a neat and stocked work area, and supporting the overall restaurant operations by performing additional roles such as runner and dishperson when required. The role demands excellent communication skills, a commitment to quality, and a team-oriented mindset. Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience and performance, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals seeking flexible and rewarding work in the food service industry.

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset
ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to work all shifts including opening and closing
basic math skills for handling cash and orders

Job Duties

Interact with guests as appropriate
perform all opening, closing, change of shift, or early out duties as assigned
be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system
assist guests if necessary to carry pizzas out to their car or hold the door open
give the order to the guest within the 6-minute door to door service time
perform duties of a Cashier or Prep Person as needed
follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
make all products following the portion charts and prescribed procedures within the average time as described in the Performance Standards
wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
give verbal baking instructions to guests and thank them
keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
perform any other job-related duties as directed by immediate supervisor
