Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel
  • ability to read and write
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to follow established recipes and instructions
  • regular attendance and punctuality
  • compliance with restaurant rules and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner
  • set up station with predetermined required items to service the restaurant
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to health standards
  • consult with Chef and managers regarding restaurant operations
  • participate and support ongoing restaurant programs for continuous improvement
  • attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings
  • adhere to all restaurant rules and regulations
