Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willing and able to work all stations in-store including making menu items, assisting customers on the phone and in person, and expediting orders
- ability to handle standing for extended periods
- capacity to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- capability to work in varying temperature conditions including hot ovens and cold storage
- effective verbal and telephone communication skills
- ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under stress
- must be able to make correct monetary change
Job Qualifications
- must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to use computer systems and touch screens
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- willingness to learn and adapt to various in-store roles
- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- greet customers and take orders accurately over the phone and in person
- prepare and assemble menu items following company standards
- expedite orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery or customer pickup
- operate store equipment safely and effectively
- stock ingredients and supplies in various storage areas
- maintain cleanliness of equipment and store environment daily
- assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues professionally
