Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing and able to work all stations in-store such as making menu items, assisting customers on phone and in-store, and expediting orders
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Good communication skills including verbal, written and telephone
- Ability to use computer systems for order entry
- Capability to operate all store equipment
- Physical ability to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to work under varying temperature conditions
- Ability to work under stress and meet quality control standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have good verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to work all stations in-store including phone assistance and order expediting
- Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
- Ability to operate computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry
- Ability to make judgments and decisions under stress
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Make correct monetary change
- Take and process orders via telephone and in-store
- Operate all store equipment
- Stock ingredients and supplies
- Prepare menu items
- Clean equipment and facility regularly
