Job Requirements
- at least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
- commitment to creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture
- passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
- vision for ideal restaurant operations and ability to lead team toward that vision
- high personal and team standards
- willingness to embrace challenges in the restaurant business
- at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
