Pizza Dough Prep – Day Shift

The Dough Preparer role is an essential position within our day shift operations. This role demands a hands-on, physically active individual who excels in preparing dough and supporting overall food preparation tasks that contribute to a smooth kitchen workflow. The successful candidate will be responsible for making and sheeting dough to exact specifications, ensuring a consistent product that meets our quality standards. In addition to dough preparation, this role includes other essential prep activities such as shredding cheese and assisting in various tasks around the kitchen.

Given our business's emphasis on customer interaction, the Dough Preparer also supports customer service functions. This includes assisting with phone orders, helping with pizza assembly, and operating the point of sale (POS) system when required. Candidates must be versatile, able to multitask, and willing to shift between kitchen and front-of-house responsibilities.

This position offers flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals needing adaptable scheduling options. The physical demands of the role require a candidate who can comfortably lift up to 40 pounds and maintain an active presence throughout their shift. Compensation for this position ranges between $15.00 and $30.00 per hour, reflecting experience and ability to contribute to the team effectively.
