Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior culinary or kitchen experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of culinary experience in a commercial kitchen, pizzeria, or bakery preferred
- strong understanding of dough-making techniques and basic culinary practices
- ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
- must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays during events
Job Duties
- Prepare pizza dough daily according to company recipes and production needs
- maintain consistency and quality in dough texture, rise time, and weight
- monitor dough fermentation and ensure proper storage and handling
- operate mixers, dough dividers, and other related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards (HACCP)
- coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to meet event timelines and volume demands
- maintain a clean and organized dough prep station throughout service
- assist with general kitchen duties as needed during event operations
