Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior cooking experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong communication skills
  • food handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience on grill, sauté, pantry, or prep stations (one or more preferred)
  • strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • attention to detail and pride in plate presentation
  • willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
  • food handler certification (or ability to obtain)

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute dishes on your station with speed, precision, and consistency
  • set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
  • cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
  • follow recipes and presentation standards as directed by the chef and culinary team
  • assist with prep work, receiving orders, and rotating stock as needed
  • follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations
  • communicate clearly with the team and jump in where needed to keep service flowing
